Coffee Shop

Nestled in the heart of Over The Hook, our little coffee shop is the perfect spot to take a breather, refuel, and soak up the warm, creative atmosphere of the shop. Whether you're popping in for a quick catch-up or settling in for a proper crafting session, you're always welcome to pull up a chair and stay a while.

The coffee shop is open during 10–2 Thursday–Saturday and is open to everyone — makers and non-makers alike. It's also a favourite spot for our Knit & Natter groups, so don't be surprised if you find yourself surrounded by yarn, good chat, and the satisfying click of needles.

What's On Offer

We keep things proper here — everything is homemade and made with love. You'll find:

• Freshly brewed coffees and a lovely selection of teas
• Cold drinks for the warmer days
• Homemade cakes — always a rotation, always worth it
• Toasties and sandwiches for something more substantial
• On Saturdays, we do a special — think homemade quiche or frittata. Worth the trip on its own, honestly.

Knit & Natter

Our coffee shop is the heartbeat of our Knit & Natter groups — a regular gathering of makers who come together to craft, chat, and put the world to rights over a good cuppa. All welcome, all levels, all crafts. Come and join us!

Parking

There are car parks on the seafront just a short walk away — perfect for a bit of fresh sea air before you settle in with your knitting. On-street parking is available nearby but is limited to one hour, so the seafront car parks are your best bet if you're planning a longer visit.

Accessibility

We want everyone to feel welcome at Over The Hook. The shop has step-free access throughout most of the space, making it easy to navigate with a wheelchair or pushchair. We also have an accessible toilet on site. If you have any specific requirements or questions before your visit, please don't hesitate to get in touch — we'll do everything we can to help.
